Engineer / Manager - Prefab Modular Building Construction JOB Projects

Job Description:

1. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

2. Preparing cost estimates, BOQ, and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

3. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.

4. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

5. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.

6. Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.

7. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to site labour workers, crew members and clients.

8. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. QA/QC (Local Candidate Preferable) for Prefab & Pre engineering Building.

9. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, expense reports, etc.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar, Diploma / BE / ME – Mechanical / Civil / Production Engineering with Experience in a similar role.

2. Fabrication, prefab building construction related work knowledge

3. Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.

4. Great leadership and organizational skills.

5. Installation work, Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.

6. Willingness to learn. Handling Manpower.

 

Job Types: Regular / Permanent,

 

Full-time Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
